  • Once payment has been received and processed, customer service will contact you to nominate your preferred authorised BERNINA dealer for all your after sales support. Your purchase will then be shipped to your preferred authorised BERNINA dealer for pick up.
  • This may take up to 7 days depending on your location.
  • Your nominated authorised BERNINA dealer will contact you when delivery is confirmed.
  • Deliveries are made on weekdays only.
  • FREE Standard Shipping for Online Orders Only, $100 & Over** does NOT apply to BERNINA Q Series Products

  • Once payment has been received and processed, customer service will contact you to nominate your preferred authorised BERNINA /bernette dealer for all your after sales support. Your purchase will then be shipped to your direct delivery address.
  • This may take up to 7 days depending on your location.
  • Deliveries are made on weekdays only.
  • Delivery must be signed for.

RETURNS POLICY

BERNINA Australia is partnered with an independent network of authorised BERNINA/bernette dealerships. All After Sales Service including Return & Refund, Warranty work and Support is handled by the authorised BERNINA/bernette dealership nominated as your preferred dealership.

BERNINA Australia E-Commerce Website Returns and Refunds Policy

Faulty Products: If your product is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a repair, replacement, or refund. We will cover the return postage costs.

Change of Mind: If you change your mind or make an incorrect purchase, you may return the product within 30 days at your own expense. The product must be in new condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. Please note that any fees or charges will not be refunded.

Assessment of Returns: Each return claim will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
